🎯 Touches Goal

Controls the "Touches to Goal" ticker shown on your Analytics Dashboard.

Goal (total touches)

Baseline (touches already logged before goal started)

Touches to Goal = Goal − (total touches logged − baseline). Raise the baseline if you want the countdown to reset from today's total.

🏆 Weekly Performance Tier

Meetings booked in a week that unlock the Momentum / Boardwalk / Riviera dashboard banners.

📈 Reply Rate Benchmarks

Drives the coaching callouts on the dashboard ("above benchmark" / "below benchmark").

Good reply rate (%) — at or above this is "strong"

Low reply rate (%) — below this triggers a warning

⏱️ Deal Velocity Thresholds

Days without a touch, by pipeline stage, before a lead is flagged as going quiet on the dashboard.
