Welcome to Repchacha
Track every lead and touch, plan your week around what converts, and see where you stand. This page gets you going in about five minutes.
Quick start
Go to the Tracker and click + Add Lead. A company name is all that's required; add contact, website, headcount and address when you have them.
Open a lead and log what you did (call, email, postcard, LinkedIn and so on), the date, and the outcome if you got one. Touches feed every chart and the plan.
On Weekly Goals, add the roles you play and a few goals for each. Finishing 75% or more makes the week a win in your Weekly Score.
On the ICP page, answer a few questions. Leads are then scored against it so the best fits rise to the top (sort the Tracker by ICP score).
Once you have logged touches and at least one lead set to Meeting Booked, Weekly Plan lays out Monday to Friday by channel, with capacity warnings.
The daily loop
Plan → Queue → Tracker → Dashboard
- Weekly Plan: what to do this week, and how many touches it takes to hit your meetings goal.
- Work Queue: today's prospects from the plan, with the channel and reasoning. Use Done, Draft or View on each.
- Tracker: the full lead list. Log touches, change status, add leads to the pipeline.
- Pipeline: deals you are actively working, by stage.
- Dashboard: your Weekly Score, reply rates by channel, stale leads and trends.
- Email Library: your own email templates, used to draft messages.
Adding leads
Add leads one at a time with + Add Lead in the Tracker, or many at once from a CSV on the Import page (a template is there to download). Useful fields:
- Company (required), contact name, phone, website.
- Lead type: Website, Intent, 6QA, Dialer, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Websights or Drop.
- Headcount and address: used for planning and for sending postcards.
- Status: Active, Meeting Booked, Won or End. Setting Meeting Booked records the booking date for the planner.
CSV import skips leads already in your account (same company and contact), so it's safe to re-run.
Goals & the touches counter
Weekly Goals
Roles hold goals for a week. Check them off as you go; a week at 75% or higher counts as a win and adds to your Weekly Score.
Touches to Goal
The Dashboard counts down from your touches goal. It equals Goal − (total touches logged − baseline). The baseline is the number of touches you had logged before the goal started. New accounts start with a baseline of 0, so every touch counts. Change both under Settings.
Settings & integrations
- Settings: touches goal and baseline, reply-rate thresholds, lead sources and pipeline stages.
- OpenAI key (optional): bring your own key to enable AI personalization of drafts. Without one, everything else still works.
- JustCall and PostGrid (optional): connect to log calls automatically and send postcards.
FAQ
Why is my Weekly Plan empty?
It needs history: at least one logged touch and one lead set to Meeting Booked. Log a few touches first.
Why is my Work Queue empty?
The queue is built from your Weekly Plan and your leads. With no leads, or with every lead touched in the last few days, there is nothing due.
Is my data shared with other companies?
No. Your data belongs to your organization. Teammates in the same organization see the same leads; other organizations cannot.
I didn't get my sign-in email.
Check spam, then request a new link on the sign-in page. If you still have a code from the email, use "I have a code".
